Align Support Services’ Team will support you with your daily domestic chores to ensure a clean and orderly environment which can make a big difference to your quality of life. Our support team can work alongside you or under your direction to perform light household duties required in the day-to-day running of a home.
We can assist/support with:
- changing bed linen
- general house cleaning
- general tidying up
- maintaining the garden
- preparing meals
- running errands
- shopping
- washing and ironing
Innovative community Participation /Participate in Community, social & civic activities.
Align Support Services supports participants to participate in community activities that help them learn new skills or build their existing skills to give them more independence in their life.
Our community participation programs are designed to help participants to socialise, make connections, and create network of friends and/or groups. And to find out about new opportunities and supports that they can involve in.
Our team can arrange transport, accompany you and provide any personal support you require while out in the community.
