Some Australians living with disability require access to Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) which is housing designed for those with very high support needs and/or extreme functional impairment.

Our team will help participants to find suitable long-term and affordable private accommodation. We can support you in all areas of sourcing and inspecting rental properties, including:
- Applying for financial assistance
- Catch public transport so you can visit friends and family.
- Completing application forms
- Cook your favourite meal, do the grocery shopping and manage your household chores and personal care needs.
- Develop your skills and confidence to get involved in life and feel connected in your local community.
- Filling out lease agreements
- Pay your bills, attend appointments and get to work.
- Find the right people to live with—people who might share your interests and goals, or who are compatible with you in other ways.
- Settle into your new place so you feel safe, comfortable and included.
- We also advocate with you or on your behalf with the landlord and help you access residential and family-based respite schemes.
- We can also help you to apply for government housing.
- We can organise removalists, and help you pack, unpack and get settled in. We work with you to ensure your rent and other bills are paid on time and household tasks are completed.
